We are General Trading Fashions One Member Company Limited (Business Registration No.: 0314635071), with our registered office at 163 Phan Dang Luu, Ward 01, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, a subsidiary of Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited (Thailand). We currently operate the official online sales channel at www.columbia.vn.
 
1.1 Columbia Vietnam is a brand under General Trading Fashions One Member Company Limited – the authorized distributor of official Columbia products in the Vietnamese market.
 
1.2 These Terms and Conditions are our copyrighted intellectual property. Any use by third parties, including excerpts, for commercial purposes involving the provision of goods or services is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
 

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Account" means the Columbia Vietnam Account that you will need to register on the website if you wish to place Orders.
  • "Business Day" means any day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Vietnam as determined by the company.
  • "Order Confirmation" means our email to you, in which we acknowledge your Order as described in Clause 4.2 below.
  • "Contract" means your Order of a Product or Products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions which we accept in accordance with Clause 4.2 below.
  • "Customer" means any individual placing an order on the website.
  • "Order" means the order submitted by you on the website to purchase Products from us or our partners.
  • "You" means the Customer placing an order with Columbia Vietnam.
References to "terms" refer to the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
 
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation or construction of these Terms and Conditions.
 
Words importing gender shall include all genders, and references to persons shall include individuals, corporations, companies, and partnerships.
 
3.1 Registration
 
a) To place an order, you must register with us by creating an Account on the website. You are required to provide us with accurate and truthful information. You must also keep your information updated by notifying us of any changes using the relevant sections of the Website.
b) You must not misuse the website by creating multiple user accounts.
 

3.2 Order Formation

a) The information contained in these Terms and Conditions and the details on this website do not constitute a sales offer but rather an invitation to engage with the service. No Contract concerning the Products will exist between you and us until we ship the Products to your delivery address.
 
b) To place an Order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on the website. You will then receive an email confirming your Order.
 
c) The Order will only be considered completed when your Order is delivered to the delivery address you provided.
 
d) The Order will only cover those Products that we deliver to you. If your Order includes multiple Products, they may be delivered to you in separate packages at different times.
 

3.3 Pricing and Payment

Although we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error in any Product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm the Order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the Order as cancelled. If you cancel your Order before we ship it and you have already paid for the Order, you will receive a full refund (in accordance with company policy).
 
a) Where applicable, prices include VAT and are quoted in VND. Additional service fees, if any, will be clearly displayed and included in the 'Order Total'.
 
b) We are under no obligation to fulfill your Order if the price listed on the website is incorrect (even after your Order has been confirmed).
 
c) You may pay using any payment partners listed on our homepage or use the cash-on-delivery method. Similarly, you may pay for the full Order using electronic gift cards, wallet credit, or promotional vouchers.
 
d) To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your Order, we will request pre-authorization on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The Order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorization check is complete. Your card will be charged once we send you the Order Confirmation. The card must be verified and authorized by the card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver.

3.5 Order Refusal

We reserve the right to withdraw any Product from the website or edit any materials or content on this website.
 
While we strive to process all Orders, there may be exceptional circumstances where we may need to refuse to process an Order even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation.
 
You must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Columbia Vietnam reserves the right to limit or cancel Orders from customers who violate any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
 
If we cancel your Order and you have already paid for it, you will receive a full refund.
 
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any Product from this website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or content on this website, or for refusing to process or accept an Order.
 

4.1. We always strive to deliver Products to you at the delivery address specified in your Order and within the delivery timeframe specified at the time of checkout (as confirmed in your Order Confirmation).

4.2. We will notify you if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date within the limits allowed by law. We shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage, charge, or cost arising from late delivery.

4.3. Upon delivery, you may be required to sign for receipt. In case of any defects or damages, please contact us at ce@columbia.vn or call: 1900 63 64 01. You may also be required to provide documents delivered with the Product, upon request.

4.4. All risks during the transportation of the Product transfer upon delivery, except where delivery is delayed due to your breach of these Terms and Conditions. From the time of such breach, we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Product. Any breach by you may affect your future ability to shop on www.columbia.vn.

5.1. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, you may return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt for FULL-PRICE items and within ten (10) days for SALE items. The Product must be unused, with original tags intact (not missing or tampered with), and in its original brand packaging (if applicable). This policy only applies to items not listed under the non-refundable brands/items provided on our website. For more details, see here.
5.2. You must ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as received and properly packaged. If the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the product back to you.
5.3. In some cases, the payment/cancellation and return policy for certain products may differ from the standard terms and conditions stated here. In such cases, specific conditions will be disclosed in the product details section.
