In order to ensure that our Valued Customers’ online shopping experience is not interrupted during the 2026 New Year holiday, Columbia Vietnam would like to respectfully inform you that shopping activities and goods delivery will continue and operate normally throughout the holiday period (*) with the detailed information as follows:
(*) Delivery service during the 2026 New Year holiday only applies to orders with delivery addresses in Ho Chi Minh City (addresses prior to the administrative merger) . For other areas, Columbia Vietnam will resume normal delivery services from January 2, 2026.
Notes:
- The Customer Service Department (CS) will temporarily suspend operations on January 1, 2026 and officially resume work from January 2, 2026. During this time, Customers may still place orders as usual; all inquiries will be supported by Columbia Vietnam as soon as Customer Service resumes operations.
- Requests related to returns / exchanges generated after 3:00 PM on December 31, 2025 will be received and processed starting from January 2, 2026.
- Columbia Vietnam’s warehouse department will continue to operate normally throughout the 2026 New Year holiday to ensure timely order processing for our Valued Customers.
