To ensure a smooth and enjoyable online shopping experience during the 2026 Lunar New Year (Year of the Horse), Columbia Vietnam would like to inform our valued customers of our detailed operating, delivery, and return schedule as follows:
- For inner-city areas of Ho Chi Minh City (addresses before administrative merging): Orders marked as “Order Successful” before 3:00 PM on February 11, 2026 are guaranteed delivery before the Lunar New Year. (*)
- For suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces (addresses before administrative merging): Orders marked as “Order Successful” before 3:00 PM on February 9, 2026 are guaranteed delivery before the Lunar New Year. (*)
- For orders placed after the above deadlines, Columbia Vietnam will still record, pack and hand over orders to our shipping partners. Delivery will be processed after the Lunar New Year, starting from February 23, 2026.
- Delivery services will continue throughout the Lunar New Year for orders within inner-city Ho Chi Minh City (addresses before administrative merging), except on Lunar New Year’s Day (February 17, 2026). (*)

- Orders shipped directly from stores will be handed over to shipping partners starting from February 23, 2026.
- Depending on actual conditions in each area, some orders may be delivered earlier than expected. Our shipping partners will contact customers in advance before delivery.
- During the Lunar New Year holiday, customers can still browse products and place orders as usual on our website: columbia.vn. We will support customers and process orders as soon as operations resume.
- In case of any return or exchange requests, please submit your request to Columbia Vietnam no later than 3:00 PM on February 9, 2026 for timely support and to receive your replacement order as soon as possible. (*)
(*) Note: During the Lunar New Year holiday, delivery times may be affected due to high volumes at logistics hubs. We will proactively notify customers if any delays occur.
- Return and exchange requests received after 3:00 PM on February 9, 2026 will be processed starting from February 23, 2026.
- Our Customer Service Team will be available for consultation, inquiries and complaints until 10:00 PM on February 16, 2026. Requests submitted after this time will be supported from February 21, 2026.
