PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • The 1 is the loyalty program of Central Retail Vietnam. Members who join the program will receive many benefits when shopping at the store systems and websites of the following brands: Columbia, Under Armour, SPEEDO, Supersports, Crocs, HOKA, GO!, Tops, go!, KUBO...
  • The 1 program currently does not have membership tiers; there is only one single membership group called The 1 Member.

ELIGIBILITY & HOW TO REGISTER

  • All customers at the store systems and websites of the following brands: Columbia, Under Armour, SPEEDO, Supersports, Crocs, HOKA, GO!, Tops, go!, KUBO.... can register as a The 1 Member.
  • Customers can register as a The 1 Member using a new phone number that has never existed in Central Retail's data system before.

Customers can register as a member by the following methods:

  • Quick registration by phone number at the store's POS counter.
  • Register and complete the profile on the websites of brands under Central Retail.
  • Register and complete the profile via The 1 Zalo Mini App.

THE 1 MEMBER BENEFITS

By joining The 1 Membership Program, customers will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Earn points (200 VND = 1 point) to redeem for attractive discounts and vouchers on all spending at brands under Central Retail Vietnam.
  • From 01/07/2026 customers can redeem vouchers on the Apps and Websites and on The 1 Zalo Mini App.
  • Redeem points (10,000 points = 10,000 VND).
  • Receive additional bonus points or vouchers through programs such as "Welcome New Member" or birthday gifts.

HOW TO EARN POINTS

Customers can easily earn points through the following methods:

  • Purchase transactions at the multi-channel system of brands under Central Retail Vietnam.
  • Accumulated points will be deducted immediately after use.
  • Accumulated points will expire on the last day of the 12th month from the date of accumulation. For example, points earned from 01/07/2026 to 30/07/2026 will expire on 30/07/2027.

HOW TO REDEEM POINTS

Customers can easily redeem the accumulated points they currently hold through the following methods:

    • Use points for a direct discount on the invoice (the points used must have been accumulated before the discounted invoice was generated).
    • Redeem points for vouchers and attractive gifts.
    • Accumulated points will be deducted immediately after use.
  • Note: Point redemption does not apply on the websites of the following brands: Columbia, Under Armour, and HOKA.

The condition for redeeming and using points / vouchers / gifts is that customers must fully complete their membership information (complete profile) on the website of brands under Central Retail Vietnam or on The 1 Zalo Mini App.

REGULATIONS FOR RECEIVING THE "WELCOME NEW MEMBER" OFFER

From 01/07/2026 to 31/07/2026, The 1 members who fully complete their membership information (complete profile) during this period will receive the "Welcome New Member" offer: 10x bonus points on the first invoice when shopping at the Columbia store system and Website.

  • 2nd Floor, Lotte Mall Tay Ho, Hanoi
  • 3rd Floor, Crescent Mall, District 7, HCM
  • 3rd Floor, Takashimaya Shopping Center, District 1, HCM
  • B1 Floor, Hanoi Centre, Hanoi
  • 3rd Floor, Lotte Department Store, Hanoi

Terms and conditions for the offer:

  • The "Welcome New Member" offer: 10x bonus points on the first invoice when shopping at Columbia stores and Website, applicable to The 1 members who fully complete their membership information (complete profile) during the period from 01/07/2026 - 31/07/2026.
  • Each customer can only receive the "Welcome New Member" offer once.
  • The offer is valid for 30 days from the date the customer fully completes their membership information (complete profile).
  • The "Welcome New Member" offer cannot be combined with other member promotion programs.
  • The offer cannot be redeemed for cash.
